Susan McClintic is a teacher who spent 28 years setting Columbia Public School students off to a brighter future. Susan has dedicated her life to inspiring students’ natural curiosity and love of learning, creating the next generations of inventors, artists, and leaders.
Active in the Mid-Missouri community, Susan has served multiple terms on the Susan G. Komen Board, raising funds and awareness to fight cancer, and was elected president of “Friends of Rocheport,” to improve tourism by preserving the community’s history and architecture. Columbia Public School teachers elected Susan as president of the Columbia Missouri National Education Association. Susan’s leadership and advocacy led to educators across Missouri to elect her as their voice on the board of the Public School Retirement System (PSRS). PSRS serves more than 240,000 active and retired teachers.
Susan is running for Missouri House District 47 because for too long our state legislature has ignored what families need to make ends meet, let alone get ahead. It is time our lawmakers start valuing our students and families.
Susan is fighting to put Missouri families first.
